Feeling Good Being You
A girlfriend shared this with me and thought it said so much about simply being confident with who you are
and the heck with every one else. It's a spoof off of Beyonce's "Put A Ring On It" and will definitely make you smile. Hope you enjoy.

Your Teens & The Choking Game
Is your forehead furrowing with uncertainty right about now? It should because this is a major cause for concern. If you haven’t heard about it, it’s quite possible that your children have and it isn’t a game either.
Teenagers and preteens across the nation are choking each other at an alarming rate for the pure and simple rush of what it feels like to get light-headed and be as near to death as possible without going over the edge. Sadly though, many don’t know when to stop in time and are prematurely dying.
The point of the whole game is to limit blood flow to the brain until someone almost passes out, giving them a real “rush” that can become extremely addictive. Many who survive the rush are also damaging their brains and increasing their risk of a stroke, let alone death. The internet has made this so-called game more popular than ever before. There are even videos posted on You Tube showing it in explicit detail. It’s also known as the fainting game, rush and black out.
Many teens are turning to this instead of using drugs and alcohol because it doesn’t cost them anything for the rush. Sit down with your children today. Tell them it’s like playing Russian roulette with a loaded pistol and is no way cool.
